How can I pay?

We do not retain your card details on our system and cannot read your credit card number as all information is encrypted and sent directly to 2Checkout.com, Inc. an authorized retailer of PromoEmbroidery.net.

Please note that on your credit card statement, payments will be displayed as paid to "2CO.COM PromoEmbroidery.net". All orders through our our website are charged in euros (€). Your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction from euros to your local currency, at the current exchange rate, on your statement.

Customers can also pay by bank transfer. Please email us at info@promoembroidery.net or call 950 139 914 for details.

We also accept money orders and checks in Euros, however, no merchandise will be shipped until your check or money order clears our bank. Please consider one of the other options!

How are delivery costs calculated?

We charge a flat rate per item for the first six items you order, further items are delivered free of charge.

Within Spain: postage and packaging per item is €1.29 (£0.89).

To all other Countries in the EU: postage and packaging per item is €2.16 (£1.49).

How long will delivery take?

Unless otherwise stated, orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent by standard delivery No signature is required on receiving goods. If an item is out of stock, or dispatch otherwise delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone.

You can buy from us knowing that your order will receive our personal attention and any queries or problems will be dealt with within 24 hours.

Where will you ship to?

We only ship to countries in Europe.

What if I need to return something?

Faulty goods may be returned, goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The customer must take care of the goods whilst in their possession. Goods must be returned unused and unworn with all the original packaging and labelling intact and adequately packaged to protect during transport.

Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for non delivery of returned goods.
